3. Products & Purchases

All purchases made through our Shopify store are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products or services that we offer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our store. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Custom Orders & Unit Gear

Custom unit logo gear and personalized orders are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of order. Custom orders may require minimum quantities, longer production times, and may not be eligible for return or exchange once production has begun. All custom artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software — is the property of Local Warrior and Kinetic Capital, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and shipping method selected. Local Warrior is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
